기나긴 휴관 끝에 최근 겨우 활동을 재개한 인천 문화예술계가 또 다시 도루묵이 됐다. 코로나19가 재확산하며 인천의 사회적 거리두기 방침이 2단계로 거듭 강화됐기 때문이다. 재개관과 동시에 굵직한 공연·전시들을 잇따라 선보일 예정이었던 단체들은 허탈감을 감추지 못하고 있다. 인천문화예술회관은 올해 들어 처음 관객들에게 오프라인 공연으로 선보일 수 있도록 준비했던 커피콘서트 '김현철 달콤한 여유'를 무관중 오프라인 공연으로 전환했다. 공연 예정일 19일을 하루 앞둔 18일 강화된 사회적 거리두기 정책에 인천이 포함되면서 갑작스레 내린 결정이다. 인기리에 진행되던 빈센트 반 고흐 레프리카 체험전도 전시실 휴관에 따라 중단됐다. 아트센터 인천 역시 8월20일 야심차게 준비한 대면 공연 '아리랑 페스티벌'을 취소했다. 22일 콘서트홀에서 열리려던 '베토벤 비긴즈'도 무산됐다. 아트센터인천 측은 두 개 공연 예매자들에게 입장료를 전액 환불해 주는 절차를 밟고 있다. 우리미술관이 8월21일부터 9월16일까지 진행하려던 이찬주 작가의 설치 작품 전시회 '집으로 돌아가는 길'과 8월21일 돌체 극장에서 예정된 최용민의 'Jazz Story'는 온라인 공연으로 전환된다. 전국 최장수 사진 행사로 유명한 전국임해사진촬영대회는 개최 날짜를 뒤로 미뤘다. 당초 22일 월미도 문화의거리에서 제64회 대회를 추진하려다가 9월19일 같은 장소로 변경했다. 트로트 가수인 주현미, 김수찬, 정다경이 출연하기로 해 티켓 판매 동시에 전석 매진됐던 인천서구문화재단 '희망 콘서트' 역시 현장 공연은 볼 수 없게 됐다. 서구문화재단은 20일 오후8시 예정 공연을 실시간 온라인 공연으로 변경한다고 밝혔다. 인천 공연예술계 관계자는 “드디어 숨통이 트였다고 생각했는데 절망적”이라며 “예매 고객에게 피해가 없도록 공연 취소·연기 안내를 철저히 하고 환불 절차도 신속히...
