This beach is exotic (Korean perspective?). The sand is very soft and the black basalt rocks add more emphasis to the exotic side with emerald sea water. However, it should be taken into account that the parking space and the beach are small.

해수욕장 개장기간이라 그런지 안전 관리도 잘되고 물때를 잘맞춰서 가시면 끝없이 펼쳐진 발목아래 해수욕장에 절로 감탄이 됩니다. 정면에 보이는 비양도는 마치 내가 한폭의 그림속에 들어온듯한 착각을 일으킬정도로 이쁘답니다.

이미 많은 관광객으로 몰려서 사람이 꽤나 많지만 이만큼 해수욕 하기 좋은 곳이 없기에 추천 합니다. 맑은 물과 깊지 않은 곳과 깊어지는 구분이 확실하고 개인적으로 여행에서 좋은 추억을 가지고 가기에 추천! 드립니다.

Its a popular beach but not a good swimming beach. The water is usually too shallow. It's good for small kids. There are very good rocks where people like to look for crabs. The parking can get full quickly and the foot washing fascilities only operate for short summer season. It's ok but i much prefer gwakji...
