Love the food and the place. Came in the morning and there was a nice quaint gift shop at level one. The view from the restaurant is crazy, and the western spicy pasta was very yummy for a Korean restaurant.

Went to the third floor to eat. Their bulkogi pizza was really good! Excellent atmosphere. Attentive and patient staff (my Korean is pretty poor). Exquisite views!

The view is excellent. Perfect spot to watch sunset! 3 levels, cafe, restaurant, bar, plus a rooftop seating area. Decent beer and cocktail selection (and wine I think), and great cafe options. The food isn't great and it isn't cheap (though for the view, affordable), but definitely...
