Excellent hotel! Hate the location, they must have built it here because the land was probably very cheap, it is a hassle to get other places you may want to visit. We stayed here specifically to eat the famous cheese donkatsu in front of the hotel, we struck out, because the line to just reserve a table for it was super long even in a heavy downpour. I have been trying to contact the hotel to cancel the a reservation for last few days but couldn't reach them. I sent 4 inquiry through hotel's website and sent them 3 emails but no response at all. I guess I have to make a international call to cancel the reservation. Worst customer service !! If someone from hotel see this post, please check...
