The first time I have ever felt so insulted gambling at any casino.
Ordered a second beer and was rejected by the staff claiming that I will be drunk.
Hey? I been here for 3 days straight and had many drinks there with no prior issue, i wouldn’t have been so upset.
It gotten to a point that even the wife who was happy after a nice dinner and gift got so triggered with the staff attempt to explain/reason that she demanded we leave immediately.
Thereafter we tried to cancel the membership and unsubscribe from all future marketing materials, the privilege staff said oh don’t worry, we can just blacklist your name..
Wow.. and there I was telling my wife that we should go have fun at the casino over the next few days…

I don't really understand why the staff was so cold. Supposedly they only receive foreigners, so there was barely 10 patrons. Surely they could spend some time showing around new members.
The place was empty, over 200 tables but only 5 opened: Baccarat, Roulette, Craps and Three Card Poker. No Texas Hold'em, no blackjack. The layout is pretty much a copy of Macau casinos and geared towards Chinese gamblers.
