산책로가 다채롭고 아담하며 흙길이 잘 다듬어져 걷기 편함. 곳곳에 운동기구와 벤치가 마련되어 있어 운동도 즐기고 편하게 쉬며 신선한 공기를 마실 수 있음. 둘리박물관도 있어 곳곳에 캐릭터들의 조형물도 눈요기가 되지만, 많이 파손되어 아쉬움. 더 흉물스러워지기 전에 관리가 시급함. 유아숲체험길도 새로 단장하여 길이 예쁘고, 저녁엔 은은한 조명으로 아늑한 느낌을 자아냄(동식물에겐 영향이 있을지 모르니 조명 소등 시간이 있으면 좋겠는데, 그건 확인 못함). 평지를 걷는 것과 달리, 경사가 있어 운동효과 만점!

도봉구 쌍문동 산80번지에 방학동 쌍문동에 걸쳐 있는 1996년 건립계획에 따라 조성된 공식명칭은 둘리(쌍문)근린공원이다. 세심천이라는 약수터도 인기이고 공원내에 쌍문청소년문화의 집과 최근 2024. 6.1일 개관한 쌍문동 종합체육시설도 들어섰다. 공원 남쪽에 숭미초교 방향에 김수정 작가의 둘리 캐릭터로 공감할 수 있는 둘리뮤지엄은 유아들의 필수코스도 있다. 옛 군사시설이 있던 곳에 아담한 주민소통 공간으로 꽃동네 책쉼터는 또 하나의 자랑거리이다. 이곳에서의 삼각산...
