Olive Young — Attraction in Seoul

Doohee the cashier from Gangnam branch gave us super service. She was very polite and helpful, so smiley and gives off positive vibes which made our day! We don’t have to ask for samples and she gave it to us for our almost 400k won of purchases. I had feedback to her that we bought almost 1.2 million won of products from Myeongdong flagship store in just 1 day and got no samples, we had to ask for it and was declined with a black face telling us they don’t have any samples to give, while other branches gave us without us asking! We bought almost 400k won from Gangnam store and Doohee was so kind enough to add in more samples for us to try! She even apologised on behalf of the bad service at Myeongdong branch. Really appreciate her good service! Thank you Doohee and I hope the management of Olive young will look into the service level at their Myeongdong flagship store! Please give Doohee a good appraisal and keep this valuable staff of yours!...

I’ve had the best experience buying products at THIS specific Olive Young; the staff is really nice but Lee (이재훈) helped me out the most; I first went in trying to buy very basic everyday products and came out with a new friend !! I went in to buy a list of various products, and Lee promptly helped find all products, and if they weren't in stock, told me where they were in stock, and what other companies would stock them. Lee's also super friendly and amazing with english, so he is the go-to english speaking employee...
