Seoul Garden Hotel — Attraction in Seoul

I stayed in this hotel many times, but this time………..||||The Korean front desk wears a ponytail and claims to be the female manager (name Mxxxx Lxx) with a very bad attitude, putting on a long face all the time, and seems very angry and annoyed.||NOT friendly to the people from CHINA.||||We arrived at 2:38 in the afternoon. My husband first asked her if we could check in. She twisted her head and said wait until 3 o'clock.||I'm wondering if I can do the check-in procedure and collect the keys later, but she doesn't let me finish speaking, she said to me with a dark face and rolling eyes: I told your friend three o'clock... ||||WHAT ATTITUDE?||I THINK IF YOU DON’T WANT TO ANSWER THE QUESTION, JUST LEAVE THE COUNTER!!!! ||||We wanted to put down our luggage and drink coffee nearby and come back, so we went to find a person who seemed to be on the other side of the luggage to help us. When my family was packing the luggage, I saw the ML woman looking at me all the time while talking to her colleague, her colleague looked at me again, obviously talking about me!||||I was very angry and went over to her and asked her what's the matter?!||||She was more vicious and asked me why I was looking at her!? I said because I saw and heard you guys were talking about me. (Actually, I don’t know why I need to explain to the staff what I am looking at???)||||She laughed at me with a creepy smile: You understand Korean? Really?||Then she start yelling at me and kept saying Korean...||||I was so angry... I wanted to find the manager, she said she was the manager.....!!!!!!||||all the employees beside her were looking into the distance, no one was trying to stop her.||||She kept talking and I don't want her to ruin my day, I don't know why is me who is a customer to start to stop this drama but she kept talking, then I left the counter.||||It's wonderful. It's wonderful that she arranged for me to stay in a room near the elevator for 7 nights.||||During the stay, I saw that except for the ML woman, the other male receptionist are friendly.||||On the day I left the hotel, I saw her at the front desk from a distance. She was still wearing a long face and seemed very very angry!! “Strangers stay away”||||In fact, if you are not happy, don’t do this job. If you are so upsad with people from CHINA, why are you stay in a hotel industry??????||||It’s a shame to the hotel industry,||Even the hotel location is good, but she is the worst part I never ever encountered!!!||||And now, the reservation don't answer email and let me know her full name!!!!!!||||I will go to the new hotel on the opposite street and never come back!!!||||How about you?! ||||Trips for the customer: You can report the bad experience to the Korea Government if you also encounter any unfair....

Location was exceptional. Easy access to freeways & many nearby restaurants to choose from. Staff were pretty friendly but many services were not available by the hotel. Guests will have to reserve & do many things on their own other than checking in & out. Facilities were okay, parking was a bit inconvenient at times but pretty good with a once a day cost. No large vehicles are allowed in the parking lot but valet is available for outside parking for bigger vehicles. Hotel maintenance was performed late at night without warning. No power & no internet services were available during this time & the next day. I was unable to attend a meeting due to no internet being down for over 18 hours. With Korea's tech, this was very inconvenient for parking & if you are traveling for work. Something to consider & inquire prior to booking. We had the room serviced every other day but every time we've asked to have it cleaned, it was still dusty & it seems only restocking & bed was made. Blanket skirt was changed but not the actual blanket & due to its' age, firs were flying everywhere whenever we move. Curtains are not being cleaned at all it seems because when we opened for light & air, it would fall with dusts. Toilet is being cleaned but it just didn't seem clean enough, leaving streaks & etc. If the rooms can be cleaned better, would definitely stay here every time we visit. When asked for a quiet room, don't expect to be quiet as you would like. Lots of banging, dropping & moving furniture sound to be expected all hours of the day. There seem to be no regular housekeeping time & it only seems to happen every other day. One day, you'll see a cart going around just pulling bed sheets & towels & one day you'll see them with a...
