We just sat on the beach and waded in the sea. The beach is covered in seashells right before the water which makes the walk in and walk out pretty uncomfortable. It was also littered with seaweed on the shells, and it didn't smell good / was attracting flies. It wasn't too busy though, but it seemed like the beach further along the shore had more sand and less of the shells and seaweed.

Here during the Easter bank holiday weekends, not the smoothest sand but I think it is due to the shells and rocky terrain. As much fun and sun, not crowded and has little shades /umbrellas and loungers. For the space and hardly rowdy , it is definitely a place for family with kids.
