Aloha Playa — Hotel in Benalmádena

The view is nice and the apartment is nice but my stay here was horrifyingly tainted by the fact that on a thursday afternoon at 4 pm, whilst all the residents were chilling by the pool the staff decided to cut down the palm trees around the pool with a chain saw. This went on for a few hours and during the process they brutally killed several wild baby parrokeets by pulling apart the nests on the palm trees. It was incredibly disturbing to watch and it upset me and the other guests incredibly. One of the other guests spoke to this guy that seemed to be in charge but they didn't wabt to stop despite horrified guests kept leaving the poolside. I was shocked and very disturbed. I will be taking this up with Airbnb not happy atall this is the most uncomfortable place I have ever stayed the place is so small it actually had a grab rail to get to the other side of the bed air con only in one room what made cooking impossible because it was two hot one set of sheets for two weeks and 1 towel each and had to empty buckets of water from the air con even had a letter pushed under our door because the bucket spilled over in the night and no WiFi for 3 days because it not work and we were blamed and said it was checked that was a lie because the socket was hanging off the wall and much much more stay away...

Réservé sur Booking en pensant qu'il s'agissait d'un hôtel mais ce n'était malheureusement pas un hôtel mais un appartement de vacances tenu par des particuliers... Point positifs : L'appartement que nous avons réservé était propre, fonctionnel et dispose de tout ce qu'il faut ( plaques de cuisson, machine à café bouilloire, lave linge, micro ondes etc). Propriétaire très réactif et disponible par téléphone. Vue sympa sur la route, les piscines et la mer. Appartement proche de la plage, du mcdo, des commerces et bars.

Point négatif : conciergerie inutile et désagréable particulièrement en ce qui concerne toutes questions sur l'entrée et sortie du parking. ( Attention à Bien se positionner au niveau du rectangle jaune au sol sinon les portes ne s'ouvrent pas et votre badge risque de se bloquer. Pour le débloquer il faudra payer 100 euros). Pour l'entrée et sortie du parking le propriétaire impose de ne laisser personne entrer en même temps car chaque locataire doit utiliser son badge et attendre que la porte se referme derrière lui, sinon votre badge sera désactivé et vous risquez de payer 100 euros pour le réactiver. Cependant, il semblerait que certains locataires agressifs ( espagnols) ne soient pas au courant et peuvent vous agresser verbalement et physiquement pour avoir respecter les règles.

Insécurité : Certains locataires espagnols sont des racailles agressifs qui ne respectent rien et qui n'hésitent pas à menacer, agresser verbalement et physiquement les vacanciers.

Residence : Les appartements ne sont pas insonorisés, nous entendons tout ce qui se passe ( musique à fond, conversation, chasse d'eau, ronflement, disputes, chiens qui aboient et j'en passe). Peu de places de parking. Aussi cher qu'un hôtel à benalmadena mais sans le service...
