Awesome Boulder Center — Attraction in Fuenlabrada

The worst climbing gym I have been to in the entirety of Europe (and that is a LOT of countries). If you want an actual session, avoid, or ring and check there's noone there before you go. The place is TINY. I thought that's ok because I can use the Kilter board, however, the training room was taken over by 2 kids sessions running at the same time, with kids running across the mats under ALL of the training boards. Instructor barely had them under control. When one group left, I almost landed on kids multiple times because they continued to run under the kilter board. I understand it's a business and kids classes bring money, BUT MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE SPACE AND CAPACITY AND COMMON SENSE BEFORE YOU COMMIT TO THAT. Afterwards I showered, and of course, the shower did not drain hardly. Will never return. Staff seemed friendly though at the least. Kilter would have been ok if noone else there but a lot of walls have Kilters now so honestly, go anywhere else. I'm shocked noone else has commented similar. I'm wholly impressed with the infrastructure and route setting at Awesome Boulder. The route setters pay attention to grade and create a diverse set of problems that challenge those with different skill sets. As a shorter than average person, I found the routes challenging and fun! Muy triste de poner una estrella, porque tanto los monitores como las instalaciones son de 5, el motivo es porque habiendo pagado un bono de 10, se "caduco" y perdimos 6 que nos quedaban, propusimos pagar la diferencia para poderlo conservar pero no hubo solución y tiré 50€ a la basura, y sinceramente, a mi me cuesta ganarlos. Con esto quiero decir, que los bonos no deberían de caducar, y si lo hacen, que por lo menos existan alternativas para no perder el dinero. Lo siento, pero tampoco son lugares tan baratos como para ir derrochando. Reedito y evaluó de nuevo sólo por la respuesta que habéis dado, y espero que sirva de sugerencia, y sobretodo que aunque caduque exista la posibilidad de poder ampliar, fue también error mio no ir antes...
