I initially booked the stadium & museum for the 28th of July. Was told a few days before that the tour wasn't available due to scheduled works & events and I could reschedule within the year. As we had booked the holiday for certain dates this wasn't viable, I asked for a refund, which I was in fairness given.

I was told however that the museum was available and there was a possibility of a panoramic view of inside the stadium.

If I hadn't been offered the panoramic view I wouldn't have bothered, because the impression we were given by the staff on arrival was that it was never a possibility, so already we'd been mislead.

The 'museum' is tiny, not worth paying to go or travel to it if not part of the full tour. It took us 15 minutes to go around it and some of the interactive items weren't working.

I relayed this via email to the staff at Athetico, who to be blunt, as shown in the attached pictures, didn't really care and said 'We continue to work towards continuous improvement'

In comparison, the Bernabéu were also having stadium work done, but still included a view of the pitch, you could go into the stands and was better tour overall, so make of that what you will. I know where I'd prefer to...

We chose the Atlético Madrid tour and were impressed. The Metropolitano stadium tour gives you incredible access to the stadium, letting you experience what it's like to be a player. We saw the press box, changing rooms, players' tunnel, and even the presidential suite. The museum was also a great addition to the tour. We visited midweek around noon, which was a great tip as it wasn't crowded at all. The staff were friendly and let us explore at our own pace. The stadium is new and impressive, with excellent facilities. It's easy to get to via the Metro, and the short journey outside the city center is well worth it.

Highly recommend this over any other stadium tour in Madrid due to the access to different areas in the stadium.

Tip - recommend to purchase tickets online before. This will let you skip any queue and go straight into the...

We took part in the visit to the museum and the stadium tour. It is well worth a visit. The museum is excellent with numerous activities for all ages. The staff were excellent, very helpful and informative. One can feel the passion for this club. The multilingual tour guide, Andrés, was very knowledgeable and answered our many questions. Thank you tour staff for making this such a memorable time. Much appreciated.
