Gioelia in Marbella is an excellent spot if you are looking for real Italian gelato with a touch of creativity. During my visit, we ordered two gelatos and both exceeded expectations. The cones were not just the usual ones – they were made by chocolate and dipped in pistachio, adding an extra layer of flavor and texture that made the experience memorable. The flavors we chose were very well-balanced. One was mango cake with white pistachio, which was refreshing yet creamy, while the other combined dulce de leche with chocolate, a richer option. Both had a smooth texture, with no artificial aftertaste, and felt very authentic. The portions were surprisingly generous, with a very good ratio of gelato to cone, making it not only delicious but also satisfying. Another highlight was the service. The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome right away. Their positive attitude really enhanced the visit and reflected the care they put into the place. Considering the quality of the ingredients, the originality of the presentation, and the generous portions, the price was excellent. It’s clear that Gioelia focuses on offering both quality and value. Overall, this was one of the best gelato experiences I’ve had in Marbella, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone...

Went from favourite place to worst. I was there bringing friends visiting staying at Puento Romano after I bragged about how great it was, and was served by a very rude young guy, his attitude was the worst. We all stood in line 30 minutes in the heat to get to order only to be received my such a rude staff was so embarrassing. We ordered cannolis and ice creams which he made so tiny and the other lady who I usually get served by gave an old lady a normal size ice cream cone like usually give us and he gave us rip off size, super tiny amounts to us. He was rude, raising his voice, rolling his eyes walking away constantly when trying to make our order. When I ordered our drinks being it's 45c outside I asked for ice for my coffee and he annoyed rolled his eyes told me go sit down and gave me a cup with one tiny ice cube. I had to get up and go again to ask for more ice and he gave one more ice cube, wow. You really need to teach him manners and understand the customer ordering many things is actually good thing, not annoying him to do work. After spending money here for 4 people desserts and drinks, this felt like the worst service and worst experience...

I've already put 5 stars to this ice cream shop in trip advisor 4 years ago and since then I comeback to this shop and Marbella every summer, but this year I was surprised and shocked by the way the new team is working, they are cleaning the glass while the choclate and the topping fruits are uncovered, they also clean the counter around the choclate fountain and touch the choclate with the cleaning cloth and found that totally normal !!!! (Have they heard about cross contamination ???). I saw that twice this summer. I hope that the management will correct this...
