I stood at the counter waiting to place my order while multiple staff members saw me but chose to ignore me — they were busy chatting among themselves. No one acknowledged me or offered assistance until I had to step forward myself.

To make things worse, one of the suppliers (from S.A.T.) was banging loudly on a service door — possibly the food lift — several times. It was disruptive, and none of the staff addressed it or corrected him.

I ordered the Ice Tonic Espresso, expecting a refreshing drink to beat the summer heat. Sadly, it came with barely any ice, which defeated the whole point of ordering something cool. I was planning to stay longer and try more items, but the poor service convinced me to cut my visit short.
