️Escuela de Ski Universal en Sierra Nevada — Attraction in Monachil

I had the pleasure of riding the ski lift with the founder of this school. One would think that you’d be polite while on the job in uniform. Within 10 seconds, he (unprompted) decided to let me know only experts should be on the lift and continued to lecture me, a complete stranger, on who he thought should be on the lift. Apparently, he was displeased that I used one extra second to put my board on the rest because I wanted to be considerate of those around me. I was not sitting directly next to him yet he felt the need to pop over his student and make comments on what he thought my skills were. (Anyone who snowboards knows how awkward it is to get your board on the rest and don’t tell me I’m the only one who adjusts myself after I get on the lift)

Even when we requested him to stop his uncalled for behavior, he continued to go on his Trump-like tirade as if he owned the mountain. I don’t know if he was discriminating against me because I’m a foreigner, my race, or that I was on a snowboard but it’s clear he is an angry individual with much larger issues. In my 21 years of snowboarding I’ve never come across a stranger this rude. Quite frankly, he was a lot of other words I don’t feel like writing. Fantastic Ski School. I cannot speak highly enough of Natasha who had me Skiing in 48 hours from never before. She was patient, straight to the point and incredibly fair to the point I was looking forward to our lessons. I cannot speak highly enough and cannot wait to be back for more advanced lessons. Voy a contar otra experiencia nefasta con este negocio. Soy buen eskiador, y desde hace años estoy haciendo snowboard, pero tengo mi equipo en Madrid, por desgracia voy a este local a alquilar. Me dan unas fijaciones grandes para las botas... Que como es lógico no compruebo hasta llegar a Borreguiles, las ajusto al maximo, y van apretadas, pero no lo suficiente... Alguien bajaría desde el veleta moviendose sus talones...? Yo lo hice.

Llegando abajo a la hora del cierre, por cierto, muy groseros el personal de pistas metiendome bulla para ke bajase mas rápido, me cai y en urgencias, me han diagnosticado un esguince alto grado dos, muñecas abiertas y contusión fuerte en la rotula de la rodilla.

Al llegar a devolver el material, digo amablemente, "pasa algo con las fijaciones". Y me contestan que esas no son las de esas botas, como si las hubiese elegido yo... Ni una disculpa, de manera grosera dijo una chica que ella no habia sido, ya esta, eran las fijaciones rojas y no las amarillas.

No tenia ganas, pedir una hoja de reclamaciones, que metan una bronca a la chica que arruino mi dia de snow o que me devuelvan 25€ para que me calle... Mi consejo, ni paseis...
