Our visit to Mirlo Blanco in Granada turned out to be a major disappointment, and I feel compelled to share our negative experience. We took our three excited children to the park, specifically looking forward to Mirlo Blanco. However, our hopes quickly faded as we encountered a series of frustrating and unsatisfactory incidents.
Upon arrival, we eagerly paid for the Trineo Ruso ride and patiently waited for our turn. Unfortunately, after enduring a frustrating 2+ hour wait, we decided to cut our losses and return the next day when the park opened. To our dismay, we were denied access the following day, as our ticket was only valid for the day of purchase. They suggested seeking a refund at customer service, but we were informed that we would have to purchase new tickets in order to ride again. Reluctantly, we paid for the ride once more.
While the children did enjoy the ride, I cannot overlook the exorbitant price we paid and the significant amount of time wasted during our visit. The overall experience simply did not live up to the cost and the long wait. Disheartened but determined, I queued up at customer services in the hopes of obtaining a refund. However, I was met with disappointment once again when I was informed that a refund was not possible. Despite my request to speak with the manager, I was told she was too busy to address my concerns.
In summary, Mirlo Blanco proved to be an overpriced and unsatisfying experience for our family. The lack of efficient customer service, coupled with the significant waiting times and the refusal to provide a refund, left a sour taste...

We almost decided to give up but then continued with the road up hill and we were able to enter the town and luckily found parking in the street. We then searched where to buy tickets as it wasn't clear where the activity park is and where to buy tickets. Once we found it we paid 5€ for the Russian sleigh. The line was soooo long!! We waited about an hour for a 5 minutes ride. The cost for 30 minutes on the snow area with the tube is 12€ per person. Tips: arrive early to find parking. The site opens at 10:00 Check the weather before, it wasn't as cold as I thought although it got colder in the afternoon Download the elparking up if you find a parking spot on the street There are picnic tables if you bring your own...
Read moreAN EXCITING TRIP!!! We visited Sierra Nevada, that is localed in Granada, in 30th of January. We went with our school group to get a new experience. It's a touristic place that has a main square where there is a supermarket, shops of specifical materials, a bar and really gorgeous views. We dressed up according to the climatology. After that, we got on our bus at 7.30 and arrived at 11 o'clock. Before starting the activities, the guide explained what we were going to do. The first activity was the rosco and the sleigh. The rosco was our favourite activity, because it was very exciting. The second activity was ice skiting, we liked it, but it was a bit boring. In addition, one of us broke her arm in that activity. A few hours later, we went to the square, where a concert was heard by us. And finally, we tried the Russian sleigh, that...
