Museo Atlántico Lanzarote

We came for a dive for beginners (to see Museo Atlantico) from Fuerteventura to Lanzarote. Everything was arranged and additionally we confirmed with Dive College 2 days before. As arranged, upon arrival to harbour approx. 10 am we called them to pick us up. We heard that our dive was cancelled because of bad weather. Of course nobody informed us about it in the morning. We drove to the place with the owner to discuss the situation. During that drive we had really crazy encounter with the owner. He was extremely rude to us, yelling, not respectful. We were shocked that someone who has a business can treat customers like that, especially that they cancelled us in that way. We fully understand that weather can be unpredictable and it was cancelled for our safety, but execution of all was below any acceptable level of customer service. At the end after long conversation with one of his employees (not the owner, because he decided that ''we are not his type of people'') he proposed us solution for next visit. Anyway since the owner never apologised and didn't take any responsibility and he treated us in an unacceptable way - we don't trust them anymore and we don't want do deal with them. Thank you so much for a unique experience! Dive College Lanzarote provided me with an exceptional experience through their professionalism, well-organized location, and dedicated instructors. I especially want to commend and thanks Hank, who, with his professional and calm demeanor, made me feel safe and relaxed during the refresher dive with my 35-year-old diving certificate before the dive at Museum Atlantico. The dive in the Sculpture Park at 10-15 meters deep, designed by the renowned artist Jason DeCairns Taylor, was a dream come true. It was a unique experience where a whole new world emerged with sculptures and stories focusing on humanity. I also participated in a dive at Flamingo Wall, which I highly recommend, where we saw sharks, rays, and octopuses. With Dive College Lanzarote’s professionalism, friendliness, and well-organized equipment and boats, I highly recommend this experience. I give them ten stars, exceeding all expectations. This was possibly the best experience I've done in my life! The team was very welcoming, professional and attentive. I booked the Underwater Museum experience for the beginners since it was our first time and we enjoyed every last drop of it. I was a little bit scared at first but Andrea (one of our instructors) gave an amazing introduction, explanation and guidance on what needs to be done. He also told us everything about the Museum and answered dozens of questions that we all had. When we entered the water, there was someone with us at all times monitoring our behavior and checking if we are ok. I felt very safe . I have to emphasize on how great the team of instructors were.
