Supermarket Europa — Attraction in Orihuela

I had a highly disappointing experience at this store and would recommend avoiding it. I purchased an inflatable pool ring and a snorkeling mask. The ring's price at checkout differed from what was displayed on the shelf, and upon unboxing the mask at home, I discovered a crack near the nose, causing it to leak.

When I returned to the store the next day to address the issue, the cashier implied that I must have damaged the mask myself and pointed to a policy on the receipt stating they do not accept returns. This policy was in Spanish (I am English) and unreasonable given the circumstances. Furthermore, the suggestion that I should have opened the product packaging in-store is impractical and reflects poorly on their customer service.

Bought a sunbed for €95 . After 5 days and 2 uses it ripped underneath. Took it back for a refund as didn't want a replacement as the goods are clearly not fit for purpose. They pointed to a sign handwritten that said no refunds! After much argument they agreed to swap it and made US pay the extra 15€ !! Absolutely shocking customer service, poor quality goods and "goodwill" is not in their vocabulary! DO NOT SHOP HERE. and remember, you have rights under Spanish law. These people have no idea of thus even after showing them it in writing. AVOID...

There are lots to find in here.. but shop around.. there are other similar shops cheaper.

What concerns me is that you only get fifteen days warrantee on the vast amount of items and non on the rest..

Read the small print bottom of your receipt.

it says: Returns are not allowed after a maximum period of 15 days! Toys summer festival products and discounted products cannot be returned. (Simply put, we don't care)

They will say that the manufacturer gives a 12 month warrantee.
