Park is nice and small. Shameful there is only one toilet in the whole park, at the entrance by the way. So you could have to walk all the way across the park just to use the toilet. We entered the park at 4pm sharp, the opening time (theoretically, impossible though), and headed directly for the red force: we did 2h and 10m of queue. The ride did open at 4pm but it’s impossible the park did as well, as we later found out from our number in the pictures taken on the ride, that 800 people (at least) were ahead of us. After that was done we headed for the thrill towers. They were shameful. The queue was short and both towers were running but the 2 employees were making everything difficult. Consider each tower had 12 seats in them. Every time it was time to put on people they took 6 people from the regular queue and 2-3 from the express. You might be wondering, and the rest of the seats? Either they stayed empty, or they were calling single riders in the queue. Result, inefficiency everywhere that resulted in a 70 minutes wait. Example of that, I was with another person and we were very near the entrance when on a tower there were 3 seats empty. We realised and when the lady said “one person?” we raised the hand and said “we are in 2 and we can go separated” and she answered “no just one” whom was taken from the back of the line (add unfairness to the inefficiencies), after literally 30 seconds she finally notices another seat empty and calls for another single rider, whom again was taken from the queue. And the last seat? Well that stayed empty just because. Probably didn’t express myself very clearly but it’s hard to not notice this kind of stuff if you go there. We finished 2 rides at 7:30pm, which is a shame per se as the total combined ride time was less than a minute. We headed for the flying dreams, having no idea what it were. We did a bit of queue before realising there was a staff member talking to a walkie talkie near the front with people asking questions to him. We also noticed from the website the ride was marked as closed at that moment, but people went on entering. We didn’t understand what was happing but we assumed there was some kind of issue, so we decided to leave (nobody never told us anything about what was going on). After that, we called that a day and went home. The screens showing the waiting times were absolutely wrong all the time, so don’t trust them. The best way is by asking somebody exiting from the ride how long he stayed in the queue.
Everything was overpriced. The parking, the express pass (which we did not do but tons of people did), the media pack at the end of the coaster (really wonderful though, apart from the usual photo, there is a camera in front of you on the ride which takes a video of you and your partner and it’s really fun to watch it when it’s over), the food, gadgets, extra experiences, everything. It unenjoyable without spending extra money, and after the visit I understood why the entrance “didn’t cost much”.
Do not trust the 5 stars reviews because they are hiding some pretty shameful...
Read moreNot worth the money. Parking is extra €14 , very badly signposted where park entrance is and only interesting ride is the red force. Waiting time for red force estimated on park app was one hour both times we went in it was over 1.5 hours as it kept breaking down! And ride itself is up and down ant that is it, 30 seconds and you are back. There is no other rollercoaster except for kids coaster and the drop towers is one row for both and you don’t even get to choose which one to take…. One is eject and one is drop. Que on app was 30 minutes for one no waiting time for second (but you can only do one after queuing!) actual waiting time was a 50 minutes! Spanish way of standing in line is let one or two family members que and the rest will jump the line and join the rest of the family towards the end (probably the reason waiting times were not accurate at all?) Park is open from 14 to 22 hr, but large restaurant closes at 17.15 hr! No other food available in the park till 18.30 (hamburger stall) or 19.00hr “posh” restaurant. All ride fotos cost €15, which is very high in my opinion. (Or maybe in my country ride photos are always cheap as the know how to do business and sell more that way) Quite a few “rides” you even have to pay extra to go on, like pitstop challenge (I would have loved to try changing an F1 tire, bit cost 15€ because it is a photo studio and you have to buy the photo oh and as extra you get to change the tire (????) and the simulators also cost 15€ (we just watched an and noticed of some of them the the hydraulics weren’t even working). In the end we got to go on 4 rides (due to the long waiting times). On the plus side, it said in the small print that you are not allowed to take in food and drinks into the park, they check you backpack, not very well and I noticed many people with cooling bags full. So consider this all before you go, hope this review helps prepare future visitors. We won’t...
Read moreNot recommended! Unless this is part of an offer with tickets to Port Aventura, save your euros. Very little to do, especially when compared alongside the main park. I would class it as a themed area within Port Aventura such as Polynesia or the Wild West. A stand alone park, it certainly is not.
The main attraction, Red Force had a wait time exceeding 60 minutes on my Thursday visit in mid May 2025. Added to that, there was a technical fault which was not communicated to visitors at all and we were just left standing there wondering what the heck was happening. In the end I waited 120 minutes and my wife and kids thought I’d caught a flight back home.
Maranello Gran Prix was another disappointment, my two young kids were excited to get in a Ferrari and take it for a spin around the track, but with a wait time approaching 90 minutes we decided against going on this ride. Which was for the best as I describe next…
All in all the main attractions felt to have an artificially long queue with little to no action on track, especially Maranello Gran Prix were we spent 15 minutes on the viewing bridge, and only saw 1 car pass beneath us. Again like Red Force, no technical problems were communicated to visitors. I wanted to conclude that the wait times were inflated to sell Xpress tickets, but given the lack of cars/trains passing it seems to either poorly ran or poorly maintained thus resulting in these technical problems.
Finally, I was excited to get some Ferrari F1 merchandise, specifically a Lewis Hamilton Ferrari polo shirt. Both my wife and I were followed round the shop by staff and actively discouraged from touching anything. The contempt from staff towards my family was downright disrespectful and uncomfortable to endure. Needless to say we left with nothing.
In summary, I wouldn’t even award 1 star, but as that’s the lowest available, Ferrari Land have got lucky on...
