Tried out El Coyote as it was included as part of our booking package. I'd seen the low reviews but thought to try it anyways. Wrong decision. As with many other people, I found the service to be extremely slow. Even after getting seated, it took 10 mins and us asking to be given the menu before actually getting one. The food took a while to arrive but luckily it was still hot. The quality of the food wasn't amazing and you'd be better off sticking with the buffet because of the choice and convenience. One good thing to note about the restaurant is that we had initially booked for 2130 but turned up at 2030 after finishing at the park earlier than expected.
