In & Out escape room — Attraction in Salou

We went here. 2 adults 3 kids. We're met by host.. Everything seemed cool.. Started off and got into first room... All OK... The room itself was fine, workable, we thought. There was not enough information given at start, and the room was a hodge podge of crap everywhere. No instruction given of what to look for, what to do. We spent a bit of time trying to get clues etc but in reality there was so much crap about it was impossible to know what was useful and what wasn't. Host then came barging in, screaming at the kids for apparently touching something they shouldn't have... Really.. It's an escape room,,, everything is meant to be touched, looked at, lifted, rooted through. He was so intimidating to the kids, right in their faces, screaming abuse at them that I called everyone out and collected our belongings. He was ranting and raving, still very animated and yelling at the kids, that I told him to back off and moved kids behind. Needless to say words were exchanged between us both and we left. If you have kids I would strongly recommend steering clear of this place as kids and adults alike will pick up and turn out everything in site to find clues. You would be better off paying and going to escape Salou which we also went to and had the best experience there. The host here was fantastic from the get go Chalk and cheese these two hosts. Avoid here at all cost If I could give it no stars I would. Hosts behaviour was shameful, terrorising...

Went here a while back with my partner. Got there like 5 mins before and and took ages for someone to answer the door to let us in. The escape room was good just got a little lost in translation when trying to get a clue. Gets getting told to look at a part that we have already looked at. I also asked before we went of we needed to know spanish to do the room and was told no, then took about 25 mins on 1 part haven't to make up an anagram of a word that was in Spanish haha. Also some things need to give you a little more feedback when you have done it. Like the last door we kept typing in the code and we didn't know if we had done it right or not but we did it right first time apparently haha. Was an okay place wouldn't recommend if you dont know how to speak Spanish haha but was really fun and...
