Occo Sevilla Piscina — Attraction in Seville

I came here with a friend Friday. Coming from the States we were excited to go to this venue. The girl that takes the reservations, the two male waiters and first black security guard were so nice and wonderful. The other bald white security guard followed my friend and I around the pool the entire time we were there so much to where we just left and as we left he followed us out. If we moved to play or swim he watched us like a hawk never taking his eyes off of us ( we are black women), the bed was completely covered in ants after getting our food delivered while we’re in the pool. The ants were on the bed on the table everywhere. We told staff and no one did anything. They just sprayed a bit of insect spray and that’s it. I have videos, getting drinks the blonde woman at the bar was so nasty and rude that we didn’t even want to go back to get more drinks. I asked for ginger beer because I seen someone else have it, and she was told me no and much more. I will say I will not go again and I wouldn’t recommend for women or people of color. The pool and the vibes were great as a whole however the blonde woman with the blue eyeliner at the bar was the rudest person I have ever come across. She refused to smile or interact or answer questions. She slammed down drinks and demanded that as soon as we were at the bar we ordered. She spoke in Spanish to her colleagues and then laughed at myself and the group. She refused to serve us at the bar even though we were buying drinks before hand there. I watched to see if it was just our grouo however she was consistently rude to all. The atmosphere was great but she spoiled our time there and we then didn't want to order food or drinks after our 3rd or 4th encounter with her. This pool gave me a panic attack it was so incredibly loud. I do not usually have much of a problem with noise I can go to concerts and clubs with very little problem. The music here was so loud you had to be at the bottom of the pool for it to be even a little muffled. All beds were directly under very loud speakers. They also don’t allow you to bring in water or have readily available water the day I went it was 35 degrees. The beds also looked quite dirty.
