Once you're in Torrevieja, it's a good idea to explore the city itself. It is very charming, a lot of beautiful little corners. Like this Tower😊I've always been careful to collect moments, they're priceless. And take a lot of pictures... On rainy autumn evenings, it's nice to go back...

This tower is located in a park with a beautiful views. It is well maintained with plenty of benches to rest. The park has a small Bar/Cafe which one can enjoy the scenery under shade and with great owners who will look...

Ubicada en la zona de Torrelamata, entre Torrevieja y La Mata, la Torre del Moro es uno de los pocos edificios históricos que quedan en pie en Torrevieja. Azotada por varios terremotos y ya bien entrado el siglo XX, por la especulación inmobiliaria, apenas quedan edificios con cierta relevancia histórica en la ciudad. La Torre del Moro, una antigua atalaya de vigilancia costera, de origen musulmán andalusí, está ubicada en un bonito parque, en el alto de un promontorio, con unas maravillosas vistas del mar. Vale la pena la visita, que se puede completar, además, con un paseo al cercano Parque del Molino de Agua y al pinar y dunar de la playa de La Mata.
