Badi Seerose — Attraction in Horgen

The staff at the entrance communicates with visitors in a very rude manner - first she scolded other customers, then switched to us with the baby. Everything is in raised tones, disrespectful. Simply unacceptable!

The children's pool has many thresholds, which was difficult for my child (1,5). Better with children from 2 years old.

Verdict: next time we will go to the neighboring pool :) good luck with...

I spent a lot of my teenager years in this badi, so many teens come here to go swimming and to have a nice budget prices of little snacks, the service of waiting is quite fast and the atmosphere is clean and nice. I would really recommend it for others to go with younger and older kids because there is also a baby pool and some things to play...

As some people already mentioned, unfriendly staff at the bar, especially the old lady and the tall grey-haired man. They are rude to customers, which is totally unacceptable. Avoid the bar/cafe at this badi. Way better options by the lake...
