Three grass covered mounds, rising a few metres above ground level, do resemble on some way 'pyramids'. Climbing to the, an easy task for most, gives a better view of the beautiful lake Leymen or Geneva as Anglo Saxons would call it. This vast body of fresh water (a little polluted from plastic waste today) sitting below the rising French snow covered French alps. On a nice sunny day the Vidy Pyramids are a nice place to visit no matter what the temperature. Another fantastic location for an unforgettable view of the mountains. I highly recommend walking along the entire lakeside, all the way to the city or even beyond. Not only is it a great way to get some cardio, but it also offers peaceful moments surrounded by stunning scenery.
