Hualien Fishing Harbor — Attraction in Hualien City

Kinda sad to see a once popular spot now but a near deserted harbour. Came in the morning, half expected to see some fisherman bringing in new catch, but there was no one and nothing going on. Hoping one day the fish will come back and reinvigorate the harbour and the town.
