It was a long time we don't have go to a restaurant since the pandemic of COVID-19. Now the CDC announces the limited are down to level 2 in Taiwan. So we decide to have lunch in the SABOTEN fried pork restaurant in Global Mall Banqiao. We always order two different sets then exchange some part of the main meal. It is delicious as usual. 許多沒來環球，想說跟以往一樣吃個豬排定食，發現福勝亭倒了，原址只剩勝博殿，想說就嚐看看吧...😭

以下為用餐心得，希望店家能看看並期待改善，不然我只會來一次：

1.豬排定食的選擇不多，且附餐內容看似豐盛，但可能會被一樣價格帶的福勝亭給屌打，無非是味噌湯&生高麗菜絲無法續，只有飯可以，且少了飲品，只提供有點苦味的麥茶？！...

美味 : 3.5 (0驚/1差/2尚可/3好/4超好/5他X的好) 座位數量 : 中 等候時間 : 通常不用 平均價格 : 中 建議預約 : 不用 備註 : (1) 炸物裹粉較一般的略厚一些 . 雞肉有熟但軟嫩度普 . 有時 會有較硬的筋 . 尚可 (2) 醃菜味道已較為穩定 . 尚可 (3) 玉子燒(配菜)中規中矩 尚可 (4) 白飯不會太乾或太軟 . 粒 粒分明 ( 可免費續 ) . 好 (5) 味噌湯濃度剛好 . 湯料份量 適中 . (也可免費續) . 好 (6) 高麗菜絲新鮮不乾 . 碎度不 會太細也不會太粗 . 好 . 但 不能免費續加 (7) 季節限定的炸物套餐是炸豬 排 + 2個限定炸物 . 不划算 (8) 開水 / 熱茶 / 豬排醬需自取 (9) 服務不錯的大叔(不高)...
