We had a very unpleasant dining experience at TGI Fridays in the Honhui Mall. Firstly, they brought out 2 plates of food and we were 3 customers. Then waiting for the third plate, it arrived wrongly prepared. On returning the food, they brought back the meat on a plate and leaving my friend waiting 10mintues without the two side dishes. I called the waiters over and they were bewildered. I ended up going to the manager and asking where is the rest of my friend’s food. Then they brought out one side dish on a plate without the other. At that point the meat was cold and I said it’s totally unacceptable . They then said they will redo the whole dish. By then we had already finished our food, leaving my friend without her food. A further 10 minutes later her food finally arrived. But they left our empty plates on the table. We sat with empty plates on the table for nearly an hour before they cleared it. 一開始點餐的時候,服務生感覺很急著要點餐,然後我覺得那個帶透明眼鏡的服務員,講話措辭有點多,比較直一點。
我們三個人點的是雙人套餐$2199,餐點有一道開胃菜 一道沙拉 一道主廚精選 一道特選主餐 一道甜點 兩杯飲品
然後用看電影的票根換一道菜。 PS.昨天要來吃的時候,已經先領了今天看電影的票根,服務員說要當天票根,但是門口活動立牌上沒有寫,覺得沒有誠意,我也不是拿好幾個月前的票根給你看啊。
精彩的來了,出錯餐的開始
首先上了兩杯飲料,其中有一杯是錯的,然後我們請服務員拿走,拿走的時候,正確的另外一杯飲料同時上來了。
接著呢就直接上主廚精選(豬肋排)了,開胃菜直接消失,這時候還沒有發覺異狀。服務員又上了沙拉,還有特選主餐(飯)。
以上三道菜都吃完之後,服務員就來問我們說可以上甜點了嗎?
更精彩的來了
我們就說不是還有一個開胃菜還沒來嗎?就是那個捲餅。然後服務員就跑去問了,他跑去看了電腦,說電腦有記錄已經送過了,阿我就是還沒吃到啊。
啊又跑回來,拿著菜單跟我們說,是這個捲餅嗎?這是他問的第二遍,同個服務員,幹客人不會給你ㄠˉ同樣一道菜好嗎,第一次不就跟你講說已經沒有上了,還有跟你說是酥餅喔。這一次問完他就跑走了。
接著呢,感覺好像是一個店經理,跑來問第三遍,客人要回答你們同樣的問題三遍,真的煩欸。
然後說什麼客人突然太多單子太多然後可能漏掉了,這個理由我們在短短10分鐘內的聽了好幾次,訂單突然爆多又不是客人的問題。一個服務員講,一個店經理講。很煩咧。
等了好一段時間,由店經理送上開胃菜兩道。
開始客人補償計畫
接著店經理又跑來說要把布朗尼蛋糕升級成別的甜點(底部是熱鐵盤,底下是脆餅、草莓、鳳梨塊,上面三球冰淇淋淋上焦糖),然後把一開始跟服務員說生日贈送的布朗尼蛋糕升級成客製化的版本,有問英文名字是什麼,要寫在上面。
原本要付2199元加上一成服務費,店經理說幫我們折掉一個餐變成2122元不加服務費,阿所以那個餐就只有$77喔。
也能理解啦,看一看明細就知道不是用雙人套餐算了,他是直接一個餐一個餐單點,然後少訂一個餐讓價錢+服務費低於$2199,因為系統應該不能只拿掉服務費,所以他只好這麼做。
因為他沒辦法剛好算到$2199,還差$77就硬拗說我幫你折一道菜。
