It's a beautiful hiking trail on the northeast of Taiwan. First, the trip to this place by car will take you to a memorable experience with a beautiful view along the coast. Especially on the way back with sunset.
It's quite hard to find a parking space for the car since a lot of people like to visit here and they usually choose visiting by car than the public transport.
The trail is quite long and tiring, but the view will make you feel that your effort is being paid. The trail is quite safe and there are several rest points where you can rest and enjoy the view. Also have toilets, but they are quite smelly and usually no tissues.

Great place for half-day hiking. Easy come from Taipei or Keelung from the morning, and can even visit Jiufen in the same day. About 3-4km hiking with a very pleasure way, though, you should bring drinking, simple food for eating-drinking. Rest room is only available on the up-hill way (near the elementary school).
