this is the view from the east peak of Mt Qixing.

our journey went like this: LengShuiKeng bus stop — Mt Qixing East Peak (東峰) — Mt Qixing Main Peak

it’s a short descent and hike to the main peak, but due to the summer heat, me and my friends wanted to give up multiple times.

there are also no railings or water refills on the mountains. the steps can get very steep and uneven! remember to bring enough water, around 2 litres, and wear a cap to...
