2024年2月｜假日｜午後位於小油坑往七星山主峰的步道旁。從小油坑入口處往上走，是第一個遇到的觀景台。可以眺望大屯山、竹子山，並在此歇歇腳，稍做小憩。因為地勢比上面的觀景台低，加上有植物遮蔽，上面的觀景台的視野和這個觀景台的視野稍有不同。陽明山不愧是台北的後花園，這個觀景台裝有AED。
