本人已經買這間店的飲料超過五年，每次都以為自己沒點對飲料，但後來有機會常喝其他分店後才知道，是這家店根本沒有用心在做飲料！真的很難喝！！ 大家不信就用餐時間去看看啊！門可羅雀！問了在你們那附近的學生、上班族才曉得，他們都知道不要買你們飲料⋯ 隨便舉一項，像綠茶，旁邊賣咖啡的85度C都比你們好喝幾百倍，你們為啥有勇氣天天把又苦又澀了該倒的茶一直賣給客人？！所以為啥斜對面的Tea館越來越穩？全靠同行襯托！！ 以前最愛喝coco，但是以後休想我再買你們關渡店！要不要改隨便你們，總之老子以後不會再當傻子光顧了⋯⋯

1214晚上九點, 點了杯溫伯爵厚鮮奶茶

優點: 問了伯爵厚鮮奶茶是什麼, 有回答我是伯爵鮮奶茶 + 奶蓋

疑點: 進店聽到兩店員聊天, 沒有熟悉的歡迎光臨Coco(還是已經沒有了?), 直到點餐才理我. 期間一直聊天

點餐沒有問冷熱, 糖度, 我只好說我要溫的, 微糖.(還是現在都不用問的?)

但我忘記說大小, 直接幫我結大杯的, 但我想要的是中杯. 付款後訕訕的說以後要特別說中杯, 說以前都是大杯的, 所以要客人自己說清楚, 語氣沒有不和善, 但還是讓人不舒服, 讓我以為錯的人應該是我, 我要接受點餐教育對嗎?

兩個人在前台, 兩個人同時處理兩杯飲料, 但兩個人切來切去的弄飲料, 好像一不小心就要撞到一樣, 感覺很怪, 我怕我的飲料被弄倒了.

離開沒有謝謝光臨Coco, 是我不受待見嗎? 其他Coco店都不會這樣,...

排在我後面客人，點了同樣無糖去冰的飲料，我要拿的時候就開始跟我鬼打，說這是無糖去冰，我整個問號。硬拿給後來的客人後，發現不對才給了一堆沒用的抵用券，抵用券再兩天就要過期了，一次一張，一張五元，浪費我時間不夠，還當我收垃圾的喔????拿到的飲料標籤也亂打一通，...
