A small amusement park, has many activities for kids. It was a very enjoyable day with my 7 year old daughter. Unfortunately the experience was destroyed at the end of our day, we sat down to watch a magic show for a few minutes. I unfortunately had to leave during the show as I had other appointments to attend to, the “magician “ there was extra rude to me and my daughter. As we were exiting the seats he told us in Chinese “ that foreign daddy and your daughter walk faster your in the way”. This is of course absolutely not true, as we were sitting at the bottom of the stairs on the left side with no one behind us. He decided to make this comment for no reason whatsoever ever, a very racist comment , specifically stating “foreigner”. This was said in front an approximate 200 audience. It left my daughter extremely embarrassed, had she not been there,me and that rude magician would have had a very unpleasant encounter, for him that is! I would not recommend this Amusement Park to my foreign friends or colleagues. He is still working there, after I reported the incident to his superiors, this type of employee really destroys the image a a family friendly park. He apologized when he was forced to do, likely fearful of losing his job, but I tell it is completely insincere, the tough guy should not have said it In the first place. The fact he is still employed there makes me think the park executives condone...

We went for the first time with our 3 kids 3 or younger. A lot of rides they still can’t go on but enough to keep them entertained. Parking was a bit farther from entrance as they only have one exit open now during the pandemic so I suggest driving in more towards the right before parking. Otherwise you’ll walk for a bit longer. Entrance fee is pretty cheap but I also heard on Wednesdays it’s free with evidence of Taipei residency (eg. ARC or ID). Rides are pay per ride, which is nice if you can’t stay a whole day to maximize the ticket price (which is cheap already). Our kids nap in the afternoon so we can only come in the mornings anyway. No food available for sale or allowed to eat during this pandemic time but we found a restaurant about 7 min walk that was good. Robocar Poli themed Ferris wheel not open Monday morning when we went so we’ll definitely come back for our kids to go on that. They have a nice AC breastfeeding area with 3 rooms at the visitor center. The monorail was fun for the kids too but one end the window isn’t too clear, so I suggest going to the far end in the direction the monorail moves to get a better view. Nice fan or air system in the monorail car so it’s not too hot. I think the parking here is 40 ntd / hour which is a little more than the science center’s parking next door (30 / hour). Would definitely come again, maybe once a...

I’ve been to many amusement parks and this is definitely the worst by a million miles. Just brought my 5-yr old son today. Bumper car does not feel like bumper car as it is crawling like a snail. Bumping into other cars just stalls you car and there is no bump. The kid’s driving circuit on 4th floor has zero thrill and is probably suitable for 2-yr olds. The robot ride costs NT80 for kids above 110cm, and it’s the worst of the lots. The robot didn’t move and we had to change robots. The “working” condition robot moves like a snail and I only moved less than 5m before time was up. The rotating cup is “normal”. After all, what can go wrong with rotating cup, right? The remote control tank is reasonably fun. The ultimate thing that turned me off was the attitude of the staff. Most of them are unfriendly, inpatient, RUDE and did not care to explain to us about the rude at all. Robot and 4th floor driving circuit are the worst. Remote control tank and bumper cars are polite. At the end, ironically, the best place in the amusement park is the arcade center 😂 To be fair, I have not tried other rides such as roller coaster, Viking ship, ferries wheel, carousel, etc. I believe there shouldn’t be any issue with these rides technically, but I am pretty sure the service levels of the staff for these rides will be...

Super convenient and affordable amusement park just for kids. Right near the Taipei Children's Amusement Park MRT station. Easy to get to. Age Range Sweet Spot: Best for kids around 3-10 years old. If your kids are teenagers, they might find it a bit basic. The rides are not going to be thrilling enough for older kids. Pricing: Incredibly affordable. Entrance fee is minimal, and most rides are either free or very cheap. We're talking about 30-60 NTD per ride. Compare that to theme parks back home, and it's a bargain. There's also an option to pay 200NTD for a day pass. Ride Highlights: - Ferris wheel with city views (nice for parents too) - Various kid-friendly carnival rides - Some gentle roller coasters - Spinning and kid attractions - Weekdays are less crowded - Bring water and snacks (food is available on 2nd and 3rd floor) - Comfortable walking shoes are a must - Expect to spend about 3-4 hours here Pros: - Clean and well-maintained - Lots of green spaces for kids to run around Cons: - Can get crowded on weekends - Limited options for very young toddlers or older teens Overall Verdict: Solid option for a half-day family activity. Not world-class, but definitely a good way to burn some kid energy and have a few laughs. Would recommend for families with younger kids visiting Taipei. 👍

Overall I thought it was an average park compared to ones we have been before. Extra points for convenience since you can pay with the Youcard and there is a small range of rides to accommodate kids who like calm rides to exciting rides. Most rides require 110 cm and my son Is only 105 cm. 🥲 I took stars off for the robot rides that looked amazing but cost extra and were so slow and hard to move. What a lovely idea but poor execution. The snacks and ice cream also weren’t extremely expensive and the kids did have fun. My 10 and 4 kids enjoyed the pinball machines and received some cheap plastic toys. Let’s use less plastic and maybe give something else? In the end we threw those toys away. Overall the kids had fun which was most important. I did find it a little 🫠 that there was only 2 kids in line for the little robot ride and the female operator still made us get off the ride, then go back to the end of that line just to come back in. 🤡 I’m not a strict rule follower. I try to use common sense first. 😆

It was a basic amusement park that kept young children entertained. We didn’t manage to explore the entire park, but we had fun as a family! You can purchase your entry tickets at the booth then pay for the respective rides after you enter. Helpful to have an easycard but not a must! Most rides are not suitable for below 3 years old or below 90cm so if you’ve got a kid in this range, do note that the kid probably can only get on the Ferris Wheel, Carousel and Monorail! There’s also the option of the robot machine and mini kid arcade plus playground and a sandpit! Kids that are older than 3 and taller than 90cm that have more options. There were plenty of food options but they mostly sell fast foods and lots of ice cream haha. You can refill your water there too! We went on an off peak so it was really empty and we didn’t queue for most things.
