Built in 1826, Ren Hai Temple has gone through some renovations to maintain its magnificence and traditional architecture. Followed by many disciples, Ren Hai Temple is a nice local temple to worship in; it's clean, grand, and convenient. There are three floors to worship various deities:
First Floor: 媽祖婆 Heavenly Holly Mother,註生娘娘 Goddess of Child-giving,三官大帝Emperors of the Three Offices Second Floor: 關公 GuanGong,文昌君 Lord Emperor WenChang,神農大帝 Emperor ShenNong,斗姥元君 Dou Lao Yuan Jyun,太歲星君 TaiSuei SingJyun,月老星君 God of Marriage,財神爺 God of Money/Fortune Third Floor: 觀世音菩薩 Guanyin Bodhisattva,文殊菩薩 Manjushri,普賢菩薩 Samantabhadra
On the side of the first floor main hall, there's a wash area to prep and plate the offerings. Then proceed to light up 5 incense per person; there's a donation box on the side. The order of worship is first floor (2 incense burners), 3rd floor (1 incense burner), and 2nd floor (2 incense burners).
Right next to the temple, there's a shop selling fresh flower and other items if you forgot to bring something to present to the gods.
