I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at your establishment. I feel compelled to share my experience with others to ensure transparency and honesty for potential future guests.
My stay at Cloud Hotel was far from what I had anticipated based on the information provided on your website. Here are my concerns:
Misleading Representation: The images displayed on your website did not accurately represent the room I was allocated. The actual room was poorly lit and lacked the cleanliness and comfort depicted in the pictures.
Subpar Facilities and Cleanliness: The room lacked basic amenities expected from a three-star hotel. The drinking water provided was in damaged bottles, the TV cable was disconnected, and the room was not properly cleaned, evident from the leftover tissues and dust. Inconvenient Access and Security: Accessing the room through the back door, as indicated on your website, was inconvenient and lacked proper security measures. Additionally, the manual lock system in use raised concerns about the safety and security of the guests.

Read moreWe had an overnight layover at TPE on our way to CTS, so we booked a night at this hotel. The location is convenient, just around the corner from the Huanbei metro station (A21). It takes 28 minutes on the metro from Airport Terminal 2 (A13). We stayed in Room 301, which is also where the fire escape is located. There is a small lift, so we didn't have to use the stairs. We liked the drinking water dispenser and powerful shower, though adjusting to the right temperature requires some patience. The room is clean, and there are many channels on the television. We didn't really understand how to adjust the air-con, and the choice of room wallpaper is a bit too eclectic for our taste. In the shower there are two dispensers, one being 2-in-1 shampoo/body wash, and the other conditioner. I personally prefer shampoo and body wash to be separated, each dedicated for its intended use. Breakfast is served in level B1, a small buffet spread of some local dishes to enjoy with rice and porridge. Overall it was a good and functional stay. Recommended especially for passengers with overnight layover at...
