UPDATED: Downgrade to 3-star after check-out because check-in time is late at 6pm, but they allow early check-in if a 5-star Google rating was given with specific requirements. I do not like this kind of tactics for non-genuine reviews, but the receptionist was truly friendly and helpful.

Room is small, but clean. Toilet drainage needs to be covered up when not used or else it will smell, and no separator between shower and toilet so the whole bathroom will be wet after showering. Location is slightly far from the train station, so need to walk quite far with a heavy luggage. Staff was extremely friendly and cheerful, we came in earlier at 5pm as she had allowed us to check in. Check-in / Check-out was easy. Room size was decent for 2 pax, only downside was the clothes hanger was partly covered by TV and above table, so cant really hang much clothing. Toilet does not have partition, so water may splash on toilet bowl and towels. The hotel is located 15 minutes walking distance from the Zongli train station. The hotel is situated on the 4th floor with a bank, ATM, and a convenience store near it. There is a lift system to reach the 4th floor. The staff at reception are professional and can speak bilingual very well. The hotel is clean and has comfortable rooms with all basic equities in it.
