Also known as DD Mall, this shopping destination is conveniently located just 30 minutes from Don Mueang Airport. Unfortunately, my visit fell on a weekday, so the mall was quite empty. :( The available stores tend to cater to niche customers interested in pre-owned luxurious goods, handbags, unique art, and ornaments.

When it comes to clothing, the offerings here are distinct from what you might find at Platinum or Chatuchak Weekend Market. The apparel is unique and appeals to very specific buyers who are enthusiastic about certain themes or styles. Be aware that prices can be slightly higher, including for pre-loved items.

Mono Loop, a vintage pre-owned store, is another highlight of DD Mall, with another branch located at Mixt. This store offers a variety of old vinyl records. However, the prices are average to slightly above average, and I could purchase vinyl records in better condition and with a better selection at a cheaper price in my home country. Most of the vinyl records at Mono Loop are sourced from Japan.

There's a cosy cafe at the end of this mall – Cafe Amazon.

If you ask me between visiting Bangsue and Chatuchak Weekend Market, I'd choose the latter without a single thought. It's more vibrant at Chatuchak, and the price is attractive. Besides, there's so much delicious street food at Chatuchak. Unless you stay in Bangkok and collect old, vintage art, decorations, and fixtures, I recommend taking Bangsue...
