I stayed here for 3 months and it was not a comfortable place to stay and expensive. The little manager here sold me a bad motorcycle that had many expensive problems. I thought he was helping me out but he was just helping himself and his wallet. It took him over a week to get a letter of residence. there are two buildings. I stayed in unit overlooking the night market which is very noisy at night and the managers don't speak English, The second building has more Farangs and the managers speak more English there. I moved to Baan Thai Residence in Nimmon which is the same price and they have a beautiful swimming pool. The people are much friendly here also.
