I'd be nervous if I was their competition.
Honestly, stumbling upon Steak Bar felt like discovering a hidden gem. The place is casual yet the food presentation rivals fine‑dining, with dishes plated like works of art. We ordered three different meals to share, two drinks on site and two more meals to take away; the bill came to around 700 baht. Free water and even mosquito repellent are thoughtful touches that show they care about the guest experience.
Despite being located in a night‑market, the atmosphere is welcoming rather than chaotic. Perhaps I'd recommend coming early to secure a table as it can get busy.
What to try: Burgers (double chicken with egg, beef or pork), steaks, Caesar salad and creative sides like sweet potato mash. Service extras: Free drinking water, quality mosquito repellent, and attentive staff who adjust fans or seating for comfort. Price: Expect to spend roughly 200–350 baht per person for mains and drinks. Atmosphere: Bustling night‑market vibe with surprisingly refined plating; arrive early to avoid queues.

I went for the Beef Burger. Not quite like back home, but well-cooked and tasty, and it was clear that the chef knew what he was doing. One of the better burgers I’ve had in Thailand so far.
Don’t be put off by the fact that the restaurant is a bit tucked away—dare to walk past the empty space and step inside. You won’t be disappointed.
For the owners’ sake, I hope the area gets a bit more buzz again because the place truly deserves attention and could easily become the area’s...
