Just been in to buy a laptop. 25 minutes and no help from staff. Called at customer service desk and asked to speak to duty manager. Arriving at the laptop I wished to buy I asked if they had one in stock. Duty manager informed me she did not know, couldn't find out herself at all and I would have to wait an hour for some other member of staff to come in. A very poor experience.

I returned later the same day and could not have had a better experience. Now, as soon as I arrived at Electricals an exceeding helpful, polite Thai gentleman, guided me throughly around the laptops. I unfortunately purchased a faulty item which was exchanged an hour later, the manager on Customer Services calling the aforementioned staff member who returned to work from his home specifically to exchange the faulty item, giving me a number to call incase of any further enquiries.
