Firstly I must say the initial impression of the hotel is good and the location although not on the beach it is only a 1 min walk. I booked a city view suite and that was my first issue - I opened the curtain and all I could see was another balcony on the opposite side of the hotel. We spoke to reception and were moved to a more suitable room with no fuss so that was fine. Our room was in almost an annexe to the main building and it was pretty much deserted and had no atmosphere at all - it felt 2nd class to the other building if I'm honest but a 2 day stay was not too painful. My review title sums up most hotels in Thailand and I've been in many I can assure you. Toilet roll holder falling off the wall - minor maintenance needed in some areas and as for the light switch set up it's a damn joke. I am guessing that either a drunk or a child designed the electrics in the room - it took my 2 days stay to work it out !! 2 TV's back to back - 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the seating area - now this is annoying as when you turn 1 on it turns both on, running backwards and forwards to turn TVs on or off and adjust volume is a challenge. Well the good points: all staff are lovely and smiley - the chap helping you park ( in the limited parking spaces ) is really nice and friendly. Breakfast appears pretty good but I'm not really a breakfast fan so just coffee for me - they really do need more than 1 coffee machine but luckily it is quiet season. The rooftop pool looks great but I had no time to try this so give it a go eh. Note: the 7/11 a min walk away is possibly better than most I've used. There is a 7/11 cafe/cabin that you can get a lovely coffee from and sit and have a great ocean view - I loved that 👍 All in all a very satisfying stay and I will probably return - please get a maintenance man to sort out the silly little issues that will become big issues very quickly. I have no doubt those words are wasted but worth a try. Oh 1 last point - get rid of that silly pod coffee machine and get a kettle !! Those tiny cups are a joke - luckily I packed mugs for every hotel stay 😳

A nice, private “Santuary” 4-star resort hotel near the beach at 3-star price, located on the more secluded section of Phratamnak, Pattaya, in this popular seaside city. The location is close to Pattaya’s city center but secluded enough in its enclave that you and your family can enjoy a quiet time here. And you are practically almost next to the beach. Cross the road and you are there. Many nice and interesting café and restaurants near by as well, including a large beachside 7-11 for all your convenient needs. The entrance is nice and airy. The fish tanks—especially the shark tank—provide a nice touch to this seaside resort hotel. The check-in process was simple and painless. All the staffs were friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely marbled, if a little dated and not spotlessly clean. But for a room night of around 1,500 THB (~USD45) around October 2023, it is quite reasonable. Beds are comfortable and large. Clean too. There is a nice, roof-top pool and restaurant/bar that is a good place to hang out, especially after dark. Only issue is it is closed at 10pm. (Too early!!!) Check-out was painless and I would definitely come back. Only complaint, the security, especially getting on the elevators to go up to your floor, should be more secured and can only do so via having validated key cards.

Disappointing Stay - Avoid This Hotel Avoid avoid avoid!!! I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel, and I feel compelled to warn others. Here’s what went wrong: 1. Unhygienic Bathroom Conditions: The bathwater was brown, and upon draining it, dirt and gravel were left behind. I ran it many times to try to see if it was just something that needed to be washed out but no this is the water!!! This was absolutely unacceptable and raised serious hygiene concerns. 2. Mosquito Infestation: The room was infested with mosquitoes, and not just any kind – the type known to carry dengue. This made it impossible to relax As I live in Bali and know how bad dengue is there was no way I was letting them bite my baby and I have never seen a mosiqto inside a hotel ever and we travel numerous times a month and lived in Asia for 4 years. 3. Terrible Odor: The room had an unpleasant smell that never went away, making the environment uncomfortable like mold and chemical 4. Lack of Service: The service was virtually non-existent. We booked for 7 nights but left after 1 night . It was a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I strongly advise finding a better option.

Stunning boutique/luxury hotel at almost beachfront Pratamnak, convenient, great view, roof-top pool, big rooms (with nice bathroom, nice/comfy beds, spacious balcony). BUT, the housekeeping didn’t make the room, went home at end of their shift, us returning from the beach at 6pm and the room NOT done. The FO apologised and quickly wanted to get the room done. On the question why not done, the HK supervisor showed up, unable to explain or admit mistake. Asking for the ‚HK Check-Sheet’, it showed our room done, not inspected by the HK supervisor. Showing the not done guest room, still no remourse, except from the Duty Manager. The Duty Manager very nice and professionally offered to do the room herself, we however wanted only new towels and close the case and take a shower and going for Dinner.

เป็นการฉลองวันเกิดที่แย่ที่สุดเท่าที่เคยพักที่อื่นๆ เริ่มแรก เข้ามาที่บริเวณล็อบบี้ สิ่งที่คิดคือล๊อบบี้ร้อนมากขนาดนี้ แอร์ในห้องจะร้อนมากขนาดไหน มาถึงต้องรอห้องทำ30นาที -คีย์การ์ดพนักงานฟร้อนตอบห้วนๆ มีให้ใบเดียวค่ะ! ซึ่งตอนนั้นไม่คิดว่าแอร์จะมีปัญหา -เมื่อถึงห้องพัก สิ่งที่พบคือแอร์ไม่มีความเย็นเลย มีแต่ลมที่ปนความเย็นมานิดนึง -ห้องพักสกปรกมากกกก มีถุงเท้าสีแดงของคนเก่า อยู่ใต้ที่นอนซึ่งมองเห็นได้จากห้องนั่งเล่น ระเบียง และขอบประตู ยังมีแต่ฝุ่น ละพูดตรงๆ ไม่เคยพักโรงแรมไหนที่ห้องสกปรกเท่านี้มาก่อน -ภายในห้องน้ำ ผ้าเช็ดเท้าเป็นคราบดำๆ สกปรกตั้งแต่ยังไม่ได้ใช้ ที่พีคคือ สบู่ล้างมือ และshower gelหมด!! ไม่เคยไปที่ไหนที่กล้าปล่อยห้องที่ไม่เรียบร้อยขนาดนี้ส่งถึงมือลูกค้าเลย พอโทรไปขอให้เติม ก็รอ1ชั่วโมง แถมเติมแต่ Shower gel สบู่ล้างมือก็ยังไม่เติม! -หลังจากนั่งพักในห้องได้2ชั่วโมงก็พบปัญหาใหญ่คือแอร์ในห้อง ไม่เย็นขึ้น ตัดสินใจโทรตามช่างให้มาเช็ค3รอบ ก็ไม่เย็นขึ้นเลย จนรู้สึกว่าทำไมต้องมาเจอโรงแรมแบบนี้ด้วย คำพูดของช่างที่ไม่น่าพูดคือ แอร์มันเป็นแบบนี้ทั้งโรงแรม ระบบเดียวกัน ห้องไหนก็เป็นแบบนี้!! งั้นหมายความว่าโรงแรมจะผลักความรับผิดชอบมาให้ลูกค้าหรอครับ? จ่ายมานอนนะครับ ไม่ได้มานอนฟรี! -สุดท้ายได้เปลี่ยนห้องไปที่507 ซึ่งแอร์ก็มีความเย็นในระดับปกติ แต่!ปัญหาเดิมๆก็เกิดขึ้นในห้องใหม่ shower gelไม่มีวางไว้ shampoo หมดขวด สบู่ล้างมือไม่มี! และ ใต้โต๊ะตรงโซฟา มีเศษขวดเหล้าชิ้นใหญ่อีก ที่โซฟา มีทิชชู่ของคนเก่าอีกเยอะมาก แสดงมห้เห็นถึงความชุ่ยของhousekeeping ยังไม่พอ ระเบียงมีฝุ่นเยอะมากๆตามเคย เดินกลับเข้ามาเท้าดำปี๋ สุดท้ายนี้ ไม่มีการขอโทษหรือแสดงตัวจากทางManagement ใดๆ แสดงถึงความไม่จริงใจในการแก้ปัญหาเลย โรงแรมไม่แก้ปัญหากับแขกที่จริงใจ นี่หรอครับBW signature collection????
