THIS IS ACTUALLY A REVIEW OF THEIR NEWEST LOCATION NEAR ROYAL GARDEN PLAZA IN PATTAYA ON BEACH ROAD.
I do not drink the tap water from my condo, restaurants, or other establishments. It is advised when in other countries that bottled water is the safer way to go. So, there I was at a new coffee location in Pattaya, and often I drive around looking for a good cup of coffee. I drink it black, as I want the flavor. My cup, as I watched the baristas, is made, mostly of hot water, and a shot of black coffee added, disappointed to see that. (But this too is not uncommon, as other cofffee stands practice this method). I sit down, raise it to my nose to inhale that fresh coffee smell. I could smell the ocean, I could smell the city itself, but my cup of coffee didn't have that smell that a coffee lover comes to appreciate. Next I taste it, and that was no better. I waited cleared my palate for another taste, and still tasted of mostly water. I was really disappointed, as it's only 5 baht more than the average cost of a coffee in Pattaya. And if its good then what's .15 US cents more. The problem is it just wasn't a good cup. Sadly I get better cups at 7/11, and thats not the best by far. Upon realizing that I've had Similar tasting cups of coffee before, and that the problem at other establishments I have experienced before, were not just a watered down cup, but that they too were using water from the tap. Water that sits in the sun all day in plastic collection tanks on roof tops. Thus that kind of water just doesn't compliment a cup of coffee. It sad when the desire to make money and save while doing it, often takes a back seat to quality. I would really have liked to say that it's a great cup, as the doughnut stand which would be great with it is mere meters away. I guess anyone can buy packages of Coffee, brew it and sell it for profit, but in all honesty that doesnt mean they know what...
Read moreWhat I like about this place is the lovely sea view. The shop itself is not a shop as such, but more of a caravan with an open serving hatch which allows the coffees and other snacks and beverages to pass through, with a tent like awning attachment to protect you against adverse weather. Before the current lockdown measures came into place, there was an outdoor seating area to relax and enjoy the sea view. Now's let's talk about the actual Coffee. The latte was very disappointing, being both small and weak in flavour. I even asked for a large latte the second time around but it came in the same size cup! Large here does not mean a bigger cup but two shots. I would have to drink at least 4 to get my usual morning intake of caffeine. The cappuccino was much better tasting than the latte, only let down by the small size of the cup. The iced coffees are decent as are the smoothies which are very tasty. The staff are friendly. I would recommend if you want to spend half an hour looking at the ocean view, but not necessarily for the coffee which for me was not the...

Barista was rude and impatient. She Didn’t want to be bothered with questions.
No dark roast
Medium Roast Coffee: Hot Americano was very watered down. The quality and flavor’s were not there. Disappointing.
50/50 of the staff was nice. The one that took my order was very professional(slim w/pony tail). The one that took my bill(eye glasses w/long hair) did not ask if it was ok to take the bill and if I wanted wanted change back. I waited for my change , but it never came . I guess She assumed that the extra money , will be her tip. Management needs to retrain the staff. Jomtien branch were more professional and patient.
