Have been to the restaurant multiple times for breakfast and lunch as well as ordered for delivery with no issues until today. Ordered the steak to be cooked medium and it arrived over cooked. I asked for a burger instead and while waiting for the burger a young lady came out with the steak I returned and told me that it was cooked correctly. I explained the difference between medium rare, medium and medium well and even showed her online what medium should look like. She answered by saying "this is beef" which made no sense. I explained to her that i have been cooking for over 40 years and have eaten enough beef of all types to know the difference. She continued to argue with me so I showed her on my phone the multiple cuts of beef I've prepared just this month alone but she persisted. I told her to cancel the burger and please just leave us so my friend could enjoy her meal. She left, only to return moments later to try and drive home her point of the steak. I had to raise my voice and forcefully tell her to LEAVE US ALONE. The Of all the times I've been here, the Thai staff have been wonderful and I was happy to leave a 100 or 200 baht tip. But this caucasian lady has put a horrible experience on this location. I will not longer come here or recommend it because of her.

Did I expect to find one of the best bowls of gumbo I’ve ever had in Pattaya, Thailand? No. But Cajun Life Café came out swinging. Loaded with chicken, shrimp, and sausage, the gumbo was rich, savoury, and had just enough spice to remind you you’re alive. I’m Canadian — gumbo isn’t exactly in my national cuisine wheelhouse — but I know good when I taste it, and this was real good. The spring rolls were crispy, the garlic toast was addictive, and the smoothie bowl looked like it belonged on the cover of a yoga magazine. Add in an iced coffee that had me wired enough to consider running a marathon, and you’ve got a full-on win. This place caught me off guard in the best way. Southern soul food in the heart of Pattaya? Wild — but it works. Would I come back? 100%. Might even order double next time. #StCyrAbroad

Wow.. Come on Man! Louisiana Home cooking in Thailand! It doesn’t get any better than that. We stopped in for breakfast after running across a listing for Cajun Life Cafe. True to form, we encountered Good Food, Good Service and a memorable experience. My wife looked up who was the owners of the restaurant on Facebook. Come to find out he lived less than an hour from where she grew up and he was currently living here in Thailand. He messaged her back and came to the restaurant to personally say hello and thank you for visiting.. Thats Louisiana and southern hospitality at work. If you’re looking for something more substantial the rice and noodles (we love Thai food) stop on by and grab a bowl of Gumbo and listen to some great music and enjoy Thailand from a Cajun perspective 😀

Phatumnak is one of my favorite places to visit for a nice lunch or dinner., One resturant that stands out way above the normal is located on Soi 5, just up from the beach. The Cajun Life Cafe is a magnificent Louisiana Style restaurant with lots of Cajun options. My Favorite dish is the Cajun Salmon with rice and veggies, it has an amazing flavor and texture. Today I tried the new item on the menu, "the grilled tuna". It was perfect and delicious with seasonings that made it melt in your mouth - See Picture... The restaurant is super clean and has really cool decor. The waitress' are all very nice and speak excellent English. I would recommend this place to all the visit the area as must try Cajun style healthy meal.

I had pleasure dining at Cajun Life Cafe on 10 December 2024 It was my first time visiting Cajun Life Cafe. My waitress was Siri very helpful and professional, made my experience very easy and comfortable while enjoying my meal. I enjoy my meal so much and the service I received from Siri. I returned the next day for lunch , my waitress was Siri again very friendly and helpful in selecting my drink Lemon Ginger , and my meal, which was a delicious Chicken Mango Avocado Salad. Great atmosphere in the restaurant and outside if you like dining outside. It's my favorite restaurant in Pratamnak now.. I will be back real soon. Thank you, Siri

Nice place. The food was pretty good. Everything here is in the 380 baht range or most of it anyway. The gumbo was a bit thicker and creamier than anything I have ever had back home. It was pretty good though and definitely filling. It's a pretty big portion. The ettouffe was good. I thought it was better than the gumbo. Good spice to it. The stuffed cornbread, pricey but pretty good. It's not regular cornbread, it's stuffed. I forget what they call it on the menu. It tasted like my mom's dressing at Thanksgiving, so I liked it. Guess it's the only cajun place I've seen out there, so I liked it and I would go back. Can recomend this place🤘🤘
