BigC Supercenter Sapankwai — Attraction in Sam Sen Nai Subdistrict

It's a very big Big C with a large selection of items. You find some really good stuff here that you don't find in your typical Thai supermarket.

For daily household items and groceries, this is fine. However, we bought two air conditioning units here and had them installed by the Big C installment service, and it was the worst installation of an aircon I have ever seen.

Here's what happened: • A few days after installation, water started dripping from the pipe. • They did not accept any responsibility. • We had to find our own technician to fix it. • The technician was surprised by the mistakes, saying he's seen this kind of low-quality install by Big C technicians quite a few times.

If I had watched a YouTube video on how to install an air conditioning system and then did it myself, it would have been much better.

So if you ever need to buy something that requires any kind of service or installation, I would highly advise against buying it here. Better buy at Home Pro or...

Today (19.12.23) at 8pm at food court, i had a horrible experience with customer service. A picture shown store had two emplohees one man and one lady. The lady at the counter was so rude. My e-cart had 100 and i bought drinks whats worth of over 30. The man charged ny e-card. And then i reached out for another drinks which was worth 100 and i was just about to top up my e-card more and that lady jumped in and tried to charge all over including what the man already charged also. I tried to explain to her that the man had already charged the first drinks. She insisted that the card orginally only had over 60. She acted as if i was lying and raised her voice almost shouting at me. And then we asked the counter lady and she proved me thgt the card orignally had 100. She heard it herself and however did not still apologize that she was wrong. She had a very rude face till the end. What a very bad...

The supermarket has everything you need: groceries, clothes, electronics, nail shops, hair salons, etc. It's very convenient and clean. I go there every day.

The food court on the first floor is full of homeless people！！！ I don't feel like eating there.

The homeless eat food that someone else left behind.

The supermarket and food court staff need to take some measures.

I think about half of the people in the food court are homeless.
