It’s a really nice location with decent facilities but the staff there don’t seem to understand customer service very well. Well over an hour after opening time, there was still no one at the ticket booth to purchase horse ride tickets. The one person there manning the stables did not care to meet the waiting customers or explain if the rides were even available or not. The attitude appears to be that they get paid no matter if you’re happy or not, so why bother. When approached, the stable hand finally (and very slowly) comes over and says that the rides will be available when the horses are ready. When the horses are finally ready, the stable hand accepts the ride monies directly without issuing tickets. 10RM for a child to be on a horse that is walked around a small circuit. Not recommended, which is a pity because the place is otherwise...

šŸŽ Activities:

Entrance is free! You only pay for horse rides and feeding, which are reasonably priced. The horse ride is short but fun — especially for kids and first-timers. There is Also archery but we didnt try it

🌿 Cleanliness & Condition:

The place is very clean and well-maintained. Fencing, paths, and grounds were in good shape during our visit. It feels safe and welcoming.

🚻 Facilities:

Toilet is available, but there’s a small fee to enter. We didn’t go in, so can’t comment on the condition — but it’s good to know one is there.

šŸ‘Øā€šŸ‘©ā€šŸ‘§ā€šŸ‘¦ Family-Friendly:

A great spot for kids to interact with horses and enjoy the outdoors. Also a relaxing place for adults to unwind in...

Well maintained and clean. The main attraction of this place are the horses. I suck at archery as usual though. During horse riding I got to ride on Genius, he kept chewing on the fence. Toronado drooled when I came to fed the horses. I didn’t get to ride on Warrior, he was being quarantined, hope he gets well soon. Tesco seemed to be the biggest one, packed the most muscle I think, he was the only horse that allowed me to pet its head. I’d say everything about this place is great especially since it’s on Fraser’s Hill where there’s nothing much to see (other than hiking). The only thing I’d wish is for the horses to have more space, they keep chewing on everything...

They closed for lunch break and we waited for 1.5 hours but that was ok. We had a deck of playing cards and there were seats that were comfortable for waiting. Kids ran around. The horse riding opened at 2:00pm. They are closed from 12-2:00pm so pls be aware. We paid rm8 per kid to just ride one round. There was a long queue right after us luckily we waited from the beginning. It’s hari raya maybe that’s why a lot of people. Worthwhile for young kids. Have toilet for you to do toilet stop. Also archery for those who wanna do other things.
