Acqua Palace — Attraction in Sousse

Really nice place that we enjoyed a lot. Everything was clean, crystal clear water, good safety. All the kids had fun all day. Food was really good but a bit overpriced considering it was self-service. There were soap and lots of showers. Great slides and wonderful wave pool.

For the fifth star: the waves should be more often, today it was only 3 times, should be once an hour because it’s great fun. It should also be allowed to swim a little further out! It should be ok to ride the slides alone! I have 3 kids and since they had to go 2 and 2 someone had to wait. It could be open a little longer, maybe until 18.00 at least.

We had such a fun day! No wait to go in, barely any waiting for the slides. It was on a work day, so it's normal for it to not be packed. Around 2-3pm more kids came in and crowded the place a bit, but it was still doable. The highest slide was closed the entire day, which was a bummer, but there were 3 other ones that were super fun. The place is clean and well maintained.

Cannot say anything about the food or drinks as we went for brunch right before this and we weren't hungry the whole day. Only bought a bottle of water inside. They do check for snacks and water at the...

1st thing, the guards at the door make you feel you are at a refugee camp (very bad attitude that will set your mood (accept the dude with a buzz cut). The property is clean The food is not good (no flavor) The worst thing is the staff, most of them have attitude,hates been there and don't know the difference between assistant you and boss you around. Last thing 15 minutes before closing stopping you from any activity and to me that's the breaking point I hope that the owners and the management fix those problems before...
