Kantaoui Zoo — Attraction in Sousse

Very sad, the animals are kept in very small enclosures, it doesn't look like they're fed very often because they all rush to where people are looking for food, they're all dirty and covered in flies, the goats especially are trying very hard to escape and one small one actually dud while we were there. Very unsafe for children, fences with large enough holes that the goats horns can get through andstab a child, the camel is able to come right up to you and could bite anyone, there are partially covered holes in the ground that anyone can trip over or fall into. TUI - YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED PROMOTING THIS SO CALLED ZOO. Animals are not fed well, so.many with bones showing. Poor enclosures if you can call them that! How any one honestly isn't paid to put anything higher than a 1 star for this place must enjoy cruelty to animals. Please don't listen to the token few fake reviews... do not go here , do not line pockets of the owners who do not care for the animals. If you want to be tearful and see the disgusting way they treat their animals... please visit but you will not forget this...

I would personally give more stars if I could . The negative reviews I've seen clearly think there in England still . The animals are well fed and really friendly . We got to hold a baby goat while we where there it was so cute !!! The camel came up and let us stroke it , there's a huge variation of birds goats etc . It's not like a zoo in England no but there is a lot of love for there animals , unlike England you actually get to see and interact with the animals . I loved it . Can't rate it highly enough.
