Update Jan 2nd 2025 We went there at 6:00PM, the restaurant was open without customers and the server was there. He told us they were mot open yet and that they open at 6:30PM. Instead he should let us in amd offer us drinks until the kitchen open. Very bad service

Time advertised is wrong!

The restaurant made a good first impression with a warm and friendly welcome. The menu had an impressive variety, and we were particularly excited about the selection. The artichokes were a standout dish beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. However, our experience took a disappointing turn with the osso bucco we ordered. While two portions were fine, the other was almost entirely fat, making it inedible.

When we brought this to the server's attention, we expected at least a polite acknowledgment, an apology, or perhaps an offer to replace the dish. Unfortunately, none of that happened. The server simply dismissed our feedback, which left us feeling ignored and undervalued as customers.

It's a shame that such a promising start was overshadowed by poor service. A little effort to address the issue would have made a big difference. While the food was mostly good, the lack of attentiveness and care from the staff left us questioning whether we would return. A really nice spot with mouthwatering dishes, friendly staff and gorgeous background music. The starters were awesome, all the fish dishes are strongly recommended. The kids were also properly fed. The only disadvantage was the waiting time especially for the kids’ dishes , which stood at 25 minutes. The rest came in 40 minutes only. The prices are average...
