We had a good time there that could have been better. We booked the couple experience package, but there was some sort of miscommunication. The receptionist, although she spoke in English, preferred Turkish, even though I had explained to her that my husband speaks no Turkish. When I got to the ladies section of the sauna, she told me I could use the steam room for 10 minutes until my therapist calls for me to start the hammam session. I was done and taken to a waiting room where my husband was sitting for what he told me was 10 minutes. When I asked him if he had used the steam room, he said he was led to the waiting room and no one had communicated anything to him. It was disappointing and unprofessional. The hammam and massage experiences were good. The drinks offered to us as part of the package came in 10 minutes late. They just had to pour water and milk in glasses! The bathroom and locker area was clean the first time I walked in, but some Turkish guests created a terrible mess with their scattered clothes and wet towels on the benches, occupying the entire space meant to be shared by everyone. They even made fun of me because I collected my disposable slippers to throw them in the bin. They didn’t realize I could understand Turkish until I made eye contact with the speaker who then, muffled her laugh and looked embarrassed. I’ve been here for back massage and deep tissue. to be honest mass ladies were super good. The lady who did my massages from Bali. I am super pleased with how the service was and efficient.
