Absolutely horrified and upset about my experience here. My friend has come before so she recommended to come here. But we did not think at all we will have the experience we had. First and foremost, the waiter when he was taking our order asked what drinks we wanted so we said mocktails, ensuring they do not get mistaken and bring out cocktails. So we specially said, please make sure it’s mocktails without alcohol. After a good 20minutes they had brought out our drinks. My mate took a sip of one saying it tasted weird so told me to try. Without even trying it I had sniffed it and could tell there was alcohol present. We had called the waiter over straight away and said what is going on we had asked for mocktails, he tried correcting us to say no u asked for cocktails. We asked to speak to the manager, the manager who came over did not know a bit of English so the guy next to him was translating. But considering we weren’t from Turkey, we really do not know what they were saying. The waiter who was translating had gave his phone to us and said look whatever you like food, drink it’s on the house. We were very adamant to not trust these people again, before even saying yes the guy brought over cocktails. With three men present including the manager they had all said it’s on the house we don’t have to worry. Even then when they brought our replacement we had a few sips and that was it. It had come now to pay the bill. The bill stated to pay for two mocktails plus a service charge which we were not happy with. After calling the manager again as well as the waiter who had done the mistake had come over. Saying “ you are from the uk, you are not customer you just want to cause trouble.” We were arguing back saying that’s the last thing we need and if we can only pay for the sheesha and go. Manager refused saying nothing can be done has to be paid and denying the face they said it’s on the house. This was going back and forth and the waiter who did this mistake had the audacity to say “shut the f up and watch what happens to you.” All these vile things were said treated to call the police on us and the security officer who came was also backing there case. Absolute ridiculous management , have never got treated so bad at a place. There was no apology we had to pay for the bill and a security officer following us. As girls we were humiliated, threatened and frustrated about what had happened to us. We will never ever go here again and for my fellow Muslims I woudent recommended going here either. Full of liars and scammers this place should get shut down. The pictures attached was the guy who sweated at us , threatened us. Everyone involved...
